It’s the first week of June and I’m challenging myself to lose these last 10 pounds of baby weight. To do so, not only will I continue to eat right and drink lots of water, but I’m going to challenge myself to get back into my regular running routine.
My goal is to complete the Nike 50k Challenge this month. I’m still gaining my speed back, but I think I can make this happen – especially if I put my mind to it.
In May, I ran 3 times for a total of 8 miles. I know I did more weight training and I was on vacation. Now, I’m back in the swing and ready to get to it.
I’m also looking forward to next month, when I can start taking my baby with me in the jogging stroller.
