Starting half marathon training strong 

The first week back to running consistently was tough after vacation and working two weeks straight. I completed about 10 miles: two 4 mile runs and one over a mile. 

My last run, was 4 miles, and it was brutal. I felt every sore muscle with every step. 

Even though I was sore, I didn’t stop. I did do some recovery and rest. 

Now to continue to improve and adding the miles back on.
