Progress in half marathon training

Training for a half marathon is tough. Not only do your muscles get sore, you have to get through the mentality to run for that long of time — for me 2 and half hours.

Although, after training for about two months, I have put more miles on my sneakers than ever before and I am running for longer periods of time.

I ran just over 60 miles for the month of August, and I’m approaching 50 for the month of September.

I may not have run a full half marathon on my own a this time. But, I feel that I could cross the finish line if I approached a race.
