Adding a bigger challenge 

There is no reason to not to challenge myself further with each run. After running consistently for almost two years, it’s time to stop the little runs. 

What I Can Do 

I can now run a 5k with my eyes closed. My legs know how far it is and can do it with ease.  

The Challenge

My goal is to run a half marathon in Pctober 2016. Here is to more miles and longer runs.
