Happy New Year

The new year has begun and that means a whole new year of staying on track. 

There are many things I would like to accomplish this year other than staying healthy and getting more fit. So, I picked some goals to help me become more well rounded.  

  • See three new places 
  • Socialize more
  • Run 6 races 
  • Run a half marathon 
  • Read at least 12 books
