I got a 4 mile run in the other day. It was beautiful outside and cool, which made for a great long running day.
Originally, I planned to have a longer run, but lost track of time. However, the run felt great and my time was good too.
The app I used for my run was the Nike+ Running. It works well, and has been my go to app for the most part.
I’m getting a little closer to my half-marathon goal.
