The app MapMyRun Trainer has been added and the calendar had been adjusted to fit my schedule. I plan on running a half marathon straight trough on Dec. 5.
What I like about the app
The app has let me adjust the runs to my schedule and give some good tips. So far, I love that feature of the app. However, I do like how Nike+ Run also makes sure runner do alternative trainings, mainly because I still plan to life weights and practice yoga between my running training.
First run is Tuesday.
