I will begin training for a half-marathon soon. The weather should be getting dryer and temperatures cooler.
I haven’t picked a race, yet. But, who needs one with a personal goal?
Training begins, Oct. 6. I plan on trying a new app to help with my training, Map My Run Trainer. I decided on this one over my current Nike App for the training as it gives the flexibility to change the training schedule to fit my busy lifestyle.
