This last month has gone by so fast. I haven’t had time to write in the blog during my adjustment to the new job. I do plan on making time for my weekly updates now that I have got settled.
But, for my workout update. We are going on month 4. Mom and I are still hanging in there. We are able to tell the changes in our bodies now, which is great. She has lost almost 3 pant sizes and I have toned and tightened, which lost about half a size.
