Well, I have been updating this blog today and trying to get things more organized. With that said, I am not writing a specific posts. I have updated content and pages throughout the sites, and hopefully, I can start posting more stuff soon.
This past week, I have done more exercise and ate better. However, I only lost 1 pound. I will take that pound and try to double it next week. I have changed up my routine even more. So I hope that will help get me out of my limbo stage. One of the major changes I think I am going to make in the next couple of weeks is adding a hard cardio day, which may be a spin class or a full hour of cardio. Until, next week.
